“The central Cheltenham location makes this property ideal for exploring the town's cultural attractions and events. I noted the mix of positive feedback around the spacious rooms and convenient kitchenettes, set against some concerns about amenities and maintenance. In my view, it seems best suited for short business trips or spontaneous overnights, where location outweighs consistent service.”

Mixed experience, Some issues
extra payment absent internet
The location was fantastic, close to amenities.
I booked parking, but I had to pay EXTRA. There was NO internet connection at all. I also had to buy toilet paper MYSELF. I find that UNACCEPTABLE.

great stay, few minor hiccups
security passcode convenient location spacious room accurate photos
I liked the security passcodes instead of keys. It felt secure. the location was very convenient to get around. i appreciated the spacious room. It suited my needs. the room looked like the photos (always a plus!).
I did notice a small detail. The kitchenette, though convenient, was only stocked with glasses for two, a slight inconvenience.
Dining
8/10
The room had a small kitchenette area. I found it useful. however, the setup seemed designed only for two people. it was a nice feature to have even if limited.
Location
9/10
the location proved central and very accessible (i walked almost everywhere). this was very helpful as i didn't need taxis much. the proximity to main attractions was a big plus.
Rooms

Great location, solid amenities
designed rooms easy access
The rooms were well designed. They included everything needed for self-catering. The location made access to town easy. Many bars and restaurants are walkable.
Nice room, clean, and well presented! there was no coffee maker though there were pods. There was no television at all, as there was no internet connection.
